One person keeps the codes in a note on their phone. Someone changes a lock and updates it — or forgets. A cleaner texts asking for the gate code. A guest is locked out at 11pm and the person with the note is asleep.
Then that person leaves, and the codes leave with them.

Each property holds its locks — front door, gate, lockbox, WiFi — and each lock holds the codes that open it. The same shape you already keep in your notes.

Codes can't be changed by brushing the screen. Editing is always deliberate, and only ever one thing at a time.
Invite the people who need it. One business never sees another's codes — enforced on the server, not just hidden in the app.
